How to Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your data from Leadix AI, you have several options:

Option 1: Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from your account settings:

  1. Log in to your Leadix AI account
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion

This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

Option 2: Contact Us

If you're unable to access your account or need assistance, you can request data deletion by contacting us:

Please include your account email address and any relevant details. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we will delete:

  • Your account information (name, email, profile data)
  • Connected platform credentials and access tokens
  • Message history and conversation data
  • Campaign data and analytics
  • AI agent configurations
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes, including:

  • Transaction records (for tax and accounting purposes)
  • Security logs (for fraud prevention)
  • Legal compliance records

This retained data will be kept secure and will not be used for any other purpose.

Facebook Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook account to Leadix AI and wish to remove this connection:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find Leadix AI in the list of connected apps
  3. Click "Remove" to disconnect and delete any data Facebook shared with us

You can also contact us directly to request deletion of any Facebook-related data we have stored.
